Bulldogs Collect Four Wins and Two Draws During Hall of Fame Week

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – Truman State Athletics earned four victories and two draws across nine team competitions from Wednesday, Sept. 9, through Sunday, Sept. 13. Women’s cross country won the Larry Young Invitational with five scoring runners in the top eight, while the men placed second. Volleyball swept Newman and Maryville during the Truman State Tournament, and men’s soccer earned a 1-0 road victory over Rockhurst before tying Maryville. Women’s soccer played Maryville to a 2-2 draw after falling at Rockhurst, while football erased a 14-point deficit before losing 31-24 in overtime to Northeastern State during the Hall of Fame Game.…
