Edwards, Tocci Pace Rangers at Misericordia

Results DALLAS, Pa. – Senior Tommy Edwards and sophomore Chris Tocci each broke the top-10 to lead the Drew University men’s cross country team in its first race of the season on Saturday at Misericordia University’s Cougar Classic. The Rangers placed sixth with a time of 27 minutes, 44 seconds for the 8,000-meter course while Tocci came in ninth with a personal-record-tying time of 28:19. Freshman Jon Zeqa was next to cross the line for Drew, placing 16th in 29:28. Juniors Matt Ellis (21st, 30:29) and Eliot Vishnevsky (26th, 31:54) rounded out the team scoring.
