Volleyball Closes Home Tournament With a Win; Davis, Richardson Earn All-Tournament Honors

BOONE, N.C. – App State volleyball finished its home tournament 2-1 after winning its final match against Western Carolina. The final match of the Mountaineer Classic between the Mountaineers (5-5, 0-0 SBC) and Catamounts (4-6, 0-0 SoCon) had set scores of 25-18, 25-10, 21-25 and 25-15. App State led the first set as early as 6-3, and the Catamounts' deficit grew larger with Charlotte Thompson at the net.
