Volleyball Sweeps Western Michigan to Close Out the UIC-DePaul Invitational

CHICAGO – For the second day in a row, the UIC volleyball team (3-6, 0-0 MVC) earned a sweeping victory, defeating Western Michigan (6-3, 0-0 MAC) in straight sets to wrap up the UIC-DePaul Invitational Saturday afternoon at Credit Union 1 Arena. Sophomore Emma Colombari led the way with 14 kills and six digs in the contest. Senior Tamara Kisic finished with a dozen kills, a .588 hitting percentage, and a team-leading seven digs.
