Matt Yates Hauls in C2C Defensive Player of the Week Honors for CNU Men’s Soccer

BOSTON, Mass. — The Christopher Newport men’s soccer team captured a 3-0 win over William Paterson University this week and was leading, 2-0, against Rutgers-Camden in a game that could not be completed; in both, senior goalkeeper Matt Yates kept the talented New Jersey-based squads off the board and was consequently named the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Defeensive Player of the Week.
