Rodrigo Alipio Wins MIAA Men’s Tennis Player of the Week for the Eighth Time

Calvin University senior Rodrigo Alipio was named MIAA Men's Tennis Player of the Week on Monday. Alipio (Santos, São Paulo, Brazil/COC Universitario) earned the honor for his performance at the Hope College Invitational Tournament over the weekend. At the tournament, Alipio won the 'A' singles bracket with three straight wins, including a win over Aziz Madatov (11.18 UTR) from Spring Arbor 6-4 and 6-1 in the final.
