Volleyball climbs to No. 8 in AVCA National Poll

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Griffon Volleyball continued its climb in the national rankings Monday, moving up two spots to a program-best No. 8 in the latest AVCA/Taraflex Division II Women's Volleyball Poll. MoWest received 786 points in the Sept. 14 poll after entering last week ranked No. 10. The Griffons are 10-1 on the season and have now climbed from a tie for No. 16 in the preseason poll to a new program-best No. 8.
