Women’s Cross Country Sweeps Liberty League Weekly Awards

Troy, NY – The Liberty League announced its weekly award winner for the week ending September 13 as Vassar College Women’s Cross Country senior Haley Schoenegge earned her first Performer of the Week honor of the season while first year Eden Panchison collected her second straight Rookie of the Week honor. Schoenegge dominated the 5K race as she finished first out of 68 total finishers with a time of 18:23.2, outpacing the field by 17 seconds, at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational on Saturday.
