Gordon Tabbed CAA Co-Runner Of The Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Elon freshman Brynne Gordon was named the Coastal Athletic Association Women's Cross Country Co-Runner of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. Gordon shared the weekly honor with William & Mary's Molly Weithman. Gordon led the Phoenix at last Friday's Queen City Invite at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, finishing runner-up in the women's 5K with a time of 17:23.8. Her performance ranks as the eighth-fastest 5K time in Elon program history and came in just the second race of her collegiate career.
