Groshart Leads Pioneers to Third-Place Tie at Wildcat Classic

MARYSVILLE, Calif. — A pair of top-10 individual finishes highlighted Cal State East Bay men's golf's season-opening performance at the Wildcat Classic, as the Pioneers finished tied for third at 28-under par Tuesday at Peach Tree Golf & Country Club. Cooper Groshart led East Bay with a fourth-place tie at 10-under 206, while Nathaniel Frink joined him inside the top 10 with a seventh-place tie at 8-under 208.
