BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's soccer team battled Belmont Abbey for 90 minutes but was unable to overcome a second-half surge, falling 2-0 in Conference Carolinas action on Tuesday afternoon at Parks Field. After a scoreless first half, Belmont Abbey broke through in the 54th minute when Haley Long found the back of the net off an assist from Carmen Jones.
