Ayala faces defeat against Bonita in four-set match

On Tuesday, September 15, the Ayala Girls Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Bonita High School, where the Bulldogs lost 3-1 to the Bearcats. Bonita established an early lead by winning the opening set 25-18. Ayala fought back in the second set with their strongest performance of the match, defeating the Bearcats 26-19 and evening the match. The Bearcats eventually regained control during the third set, and though Ayala fought to remain within reach, Bonita ultimately secured a 25-19 victory and moved one set away from winning the match.
