Women’s Soccer: Women’s Soccer: Watson Scores as Hawks Remain Unbeaten With Draw at Salve Regina

NEWPORT, R.I. — Chloe Watson (Bethlehem, Pa.) scored in the closing seconds of the first half as the Roger Williams University women’s soccer team played to a 1-1 draw at Salve Regina on Wednesday in a non-conference matchup. The Hawks remained unbeaten at 2-0-4, while the Seahawks moved to 1-1-3. Roger Williams held a 22-8 advantage in shots and an 8-4 edge in corner kicks. Mya D’Antonio (Marshfield, Mass.) led the Hawks with five shots, while Beth Yucius (Duxbury, Mass.) added four, including three on goal.
