Avery Nordman Named the Big South Women’s Golfer of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Longwood sophomore Avery Nordman was named the Big South Women's Golfer of the Week after leading the Lancers to a historic performance at the Pirate Collegiate Classic earlier in the week. It marks the second-straight week that a Longwood golfer as been recognized after junior Madison Lehr received the honor on Sept. 10 following her win at the Tribe Invitational. It marks the second career golfer of the week award for Nordman, who was an All-Big South Second Team choice a season ago.
