Senators bring in defenceman Ben Hutton on PTO

The blue-line competition in Ottawa just got a little stiffer. Ben Hutton is joining the Senators on a professional tryout, the team announced on Thursday. Hutton, 33, spent the past five seasons with the Vegas Golden Knights, including two playoff appearances during their Stanley Cup run in 2023. He played 55 games for Vegas last season, setting a career high with six goals while adding nine assists.
