Wenger leads Lycoming with 11 kills at Altoona

ALTOONA, Pa. — Sophomore Emi Wenger (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley) hit .300 with 11 kills, her second straight 10-kill game to lead the Lycoming College women’s volleyball team as it fell to Penn St.-Altoona 3-0 (17-25, 14-25, 21-25) on Thursday, Sept. 17, at Adler Arena. Wenger added seven digs, sophomore Addison Morgan (Bethlehem, Pa./Northampton) finished with 23 assists, nine digs and two service aces and sophomore Lara DeFreitas (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) collected a team-high 12 digs and added an assist.
