Women’s Tennis Opens Fall Season with Delaware/Villanova Invitation

VILLANOVA, Pa. — The Villanova women's tennis team is set to begin its fall season with the Villanova/Delaware Invitational this weekend. The invitational will begin on Friday, September 18 at 2 p.m. and conclude on Sunday the 20th. This year, the tournament will feature nine different teams across the East Coast in player-to-player matchups instead of team matchups. The teams featured are Villanova, Delaware, St. Joseph's, Temple, NJIT, Johns Hopkins, Syracuse, VCU and Cornell.
