College of Idaho Men Win Northwest Nazarene Invitational, Women Fall One Point Short

NAMPA, Idaho – The College of Idaho men put seven runners in the top 15 to win the Northwest Nazarene Invitational on Friday at West Park, scoring 37 points to beat host Northwest Nazarene (53) and Southern Idaho (92). The CI women got an individual title from senior Kylee Quinton but finished second in the team race, one point behind Southern Idaho, 45-46. Northwest Nazarene’s Luke Stockett won the men’s 8,000 meters in 24:42.6, a tenth of a second ahead of teammate Ian Stockett.
