Football: Louisiana To Celebrate 50th Anniversary Of Ragin’ Cajuns 9-2 Squad

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football program will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1976 team during Saturday's game against UAB at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Single-game tickets are available and can be purchased through RaginCajuns.com/Tickets . The 1976 USL team, led by head coach Augie Tammariello, opened the season with eight consecutive victories, including Southland Conference wins over Louisiana Tech, Lamar, UT Arlington and Arkansas State.
