Carter earns High Point honors as Tigers win day one at Maryville IHSA Show
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Lily Carter was named High Point Rider as Sewanee's IHSA Equestrian Team opened the 2026-27 season with a team victory on day one of the Maryville IHSA Show on Saturday, earning new head coach Taylor Herzog her first win as a head coach. The Tigers finished atop the team standings with 29 points, followed by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with 26 points and Middle Tennessee State University with 25 points.
