Cowboys Fifth Place At Mountaineer Hill Country Invitational

KERRVILLE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons’ Cowboy cross country team placed fifth out of ten teams racing at Schreiner on Saturday in an 8k. The Cowboys scored 145 points, trailing Schreiner, Concordia Texas, St. Thomas Texas, and Texas A&M International. Aldo Sanchez placed No. 20 to lead the Cowboys with a time of 29:09 in the 8k. Tate Strange had a time of 29:52 for Hardin-Simmons. Jace Gatson ran 30:51 for the Cowboys and Daniel Robertson finished in 32:15 8k on the day.
