Eagles Sweep St. Catherine, Defeat No. 1 Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Five Sets

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The Juniata women’s volleyball team closed its Minnesota trip with a pair of wins, first with a sweep over St. Catherine University before defeating No. 1 University of Wisconsin-OshKosh in five sets on Saturday. The teams opened set one trading service errors until the Wildcats took the lead a 3-6. The Eagles came within one at 7-8 after a 3-1 scoring stretch. Maggie Hayes tied the game at 11 with a service ace. St. Catherine took the lead with an 0-2 run at 13-14. Juniata took over the set with a 5-2 scoring run at 20-18.…
