Football Battles Defending MAC Champions Eastern on the Road

RADNOR, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College football team battled for four quarters on the road Saturday afternoon against a strong Eastern University squad, ultimately falling 32-0 in Middle Atlantic Conference action. Despite the result, the Dutchmen showed plenty of fight throughout the contest. LVC’s defense repeatedly forced the defending conference champions and preseason favorites to earn every yard, including stopping the Eagles on an early drive when a missed field goal kept the game scoreless.
