Forfinski racks up five touchdowns in Ludington’s big league victory over Fremont

By Scott VanSickle LocalSportsJournal.com FREMONT – Turnovers and a huge night from junior quarterback Asher Forfinski propelled Ludington to a 42-28 win over Fremont to take sole possession of first place in the West Michigan Conference Lakes Division standings Friday. Forfinski racked up 182 yards and five touchdowns, and added 91 more yards through the air on 8-of-11 passing, to lead the Orioles to their third straight victory. The Ludington defense came up with three turnovers early that turned into 21 points, and Fremont found itself playing from behind almost from the start of the game on its Homecoming night.…
