Nieto’s equalizer earns Toppers draw with Wesleyan on senior day

Blue Mountain, Miss.- Daniela Nieto delivered a second-half equalizer as Blue Mountain Christian battled Wesleyan College to a 1-1 draw Saturday at The Summit on Senior Day in the SSAC Women’s Soccer Match of the Week. Wesleyan struck first in the fourth minute when Caleigh Patton connected from approximately 35 yards out to give the Wolves an early 1-0 advantage. The Toppers responded by applying pressure throughout the remainder of the opening half.
