Sparks Nets Hat Trick; Eagles Top Huntingdon 3-2 to Open CCS Play

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Asbury women’s soccer team (4-1-1, 1-0 CCS) opened conference play defeating Huntingdon College (2-5-0, 0-1 CCS) 3-2 behind a hat trick from senior captain Anna Sparks . Asbury controlled possession and the attack throughout the contest, outshooting Huntingdon 29-4 and holding an 8-1 advantage in corner kicks.
