Bruins place Navrin Mutter on waivers

A veteran minor-leaguer has hit the wire. According to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman, the Boston Bruins placed forward Navrin Mutter on waivers, making him available to the other 31 teams in the NHL. Mutter is set to begin his first full season with the Bruins organization. He was traded to Boston by the Nashville Predators last March, ahead of the American Hockey League trade deadline, for Massimo Rizzo. Mutter didn’t do much offensively in the final few weeks of the 2025-26 regular season, scoring just one goal in 12 games on a Providence Bruins team that finished with the best record…
