LIU Defeats Butler to Go Perfect 2-0 at Butler Invitational

Indianapolis, Ind. – Just one day after defeating Duke 3-2 on Saturday, LIU completed a sweep at the Butler Invitational, defeating host Butler 3-0 on Sunday. Earning their second win to go a perfect 2-0 at the Invitational, LIU was propelled by the efforts of Sara van Gisteren , whose 16 kills led her team in that category for the third game in a row.
