(Sept. 19, 2026) — The Morgan State football team made history Saturday night, defeating Towson, 41-26, at Johnny Unitas Stadium to snap a 17-year losing streak against the Tigers and capture the Battle for Greater Baltimore. Playing before a crowd of 10,900 — the second-largest attendance in Towson football history — the Bears improved to 3-1, marking the first time Morgan State has opened a season 3-1 since 2009, when the Bears started that season 5-1 and finished with a 6-5 winning record.
