Women’s Golf Finishes Ninth at George Phinney Classic

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Trinity College women’s golf team finished ninth overall at the George Phinney Classic, hosted by Middlebury College at Ralph Myhre Golf Course. The Bantams improved by 12 strokes in the second round, finishing the two-day tournament at 110-over par after rounds of +61 and +49. HOW IT HAPPENED Zorah Williams led the Bantams for the weekend, finishing at 22-over par. Williams opened the tournament with an 81 (+10) before carding an 83 (+12) in the second round.
