Bears close Thoroughbred Invitational with doubles sweep of Swarthmore

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — The Smith College tennis team finished the Thoroughbred Invitational with a 3-0 sweep of Swarthmore in Sunday’s final doubles round, capping a weekend against host Skidmore, Swarthmore and RPI at the McCaffery-Wagman Tennis and Wellness Center. Sunday’s doubles session opened with two wins over RPI in 8-game pro-sets.
