Bullitt East football says result vs. Central should be win, not tie

Friday's Bullitt East-Central football game was scoreless when it was suspended by lightning in the third quarter. Bullitt East athletics director Kenny Hughes said the Chargers wanted to resume the game but Central declined. KHSAA commissioner Julian Tackett said he's reviewing the situation.
