Flyers’ Denver Barkey Injured in Preseason Loss to Capitals

Philadelphia Flyers forward Denver Barkey left Monday’s preseason game against the Washington Capitals and did not return after sustaining a lower-body injury. Barkey, 21, took the opening shift of the second period in Monday’s game before heading down the tunnel towards the Flyers’ dressing room.
