Hilltoppers Seventh After Opening Round at WCU Battlefield Classic

GETTYSBURG, Pa. — The West Liberty University women's golf team completed its opening round Monday at the WCU Battlefield Classic, with the Hilltoppers sitting seventh in the team standings at The Links at Gettysburg. West Liberty finished its first 18 holes with a team score of 518, 230 over par. The Hilltoppers are currently seventh in the team standings. West Chester leads at 33-over par with a score of 321, followed by Jefferson at 39-over and Glenville State at 47-over.
