Policarpio Named NEWMAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week

Springfield, Mass. — September 21, 2026 — Springfield College men’s soccer senior Connor Policarpio (Bristol, Conn.) has been named the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week. Policarpio scored both goals in a 2-0 win against Emerson to open up NEWMAC play. The senior gave the Pride the lead in the 55th minute with a goal on a direct free kick before scoring a highlight reel goal from midfield with less than two minutes left to play.
