Former Racine basketball star Koreem Ozier, 27, shot and killed

Koreem Ozier, a standout basketball player from Racine Case who played four years of NCAA Division I college basketball and was the all-time leading scorer in Case history, was shot and killed Sept. 20 in Racine. He was 27 years old.
