Gonzalez Secures Top-Three Finish, Men’s Golf Claims Fourth at Bayou City Collegiate

HOUSTON – Senior McAllen Memorial alum Esteban Gonzalez climbed two spots to finish in a tie for third after posting a three-round score of 208 among the 83-person field at the Bayou City Collegiate, hosted by Rice, Tuesday. Gonzalez led The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men’s golf team to a fourth-place finish with a three-round score of 855 (284-283-288).
