Howard Payne improves to 7-1 with sweep of Dallas Christian

ABILENE, Texas — The Howard Payne University volleyball team extended their winning streak to six matches after a convincing three-set victory over Dallas Christian College in a neutral site affair hosted by McMurry University on Tuesday, September 22. The Lady Jackets closed out its non-conference schedule with a 25-13, 25-15, 26-24 sweep of the Crusaders at Kimbrell Arena. The Yellow Jackets improved to 7-1 on the season behind a balanced offensive effort led by Sam Torres and Sydnie Mullens, who recorded eight kills each.
