Hutchison Men’s Co-Champion at Dortch Golf Classic

SUWANEE, Ga. – Jamal Hutchison of North Carolina Central shot a three-under-par 69 to share the men’s Division I title in the Thomas W. Dortch Jr. HBCU Collegiate Classic at Bear’s Best Golf Course on Tuesday. The second round was canceled due to inclement weather. Hutchison equaled his performance as a freshman at the event to win his second collegiate golf crown. During his stellar four-year career, Hutchison, who played in the U.S. Amateur this summer, has either finished first or second at the classic.
