Imai, McCune Receive WIAC Player of the Week Honors

MADISON – UW-Stout Polytechnic’s Julia Imai and Brook McCune were named WIAC Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the week of Sept. 14-20. Julia Imai, a junior from Brookline, Mass., received the honor for the second time this season. She secured a victory at the St. Catherine (Minn.) Fall Invitational with a total score of 8-under 136 (66-70). Her 6-under 66 in the opening round broke her own school record for the lowest single-round score and established a new school record for a two-day tournament total.
