Women’s Soccer Ranked No. 7 in United Soccer Coaches East Region Poll

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Mercy University Women's Soccer Team is ranked No. 7 in the latest United Soccer Coaches East Region Top 10 Poll. Mercy drops two spots in the regional poll after going 1-1 last week. The Mavericks suffered a 3-1 loss to Pace on Wednesday and earned a 7-0 win over St. Thomas Aquinas on Saturday. Mercy has been led by freshman Astrid Borglund who has a team-high four goals and eight points and by freshman Connor Leahy who has two goals and three assists.
