Brooke Goerish from CU Buffs soccer named Big 12 Freshman of Week

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready... Brooke Goerish isn’t yet halfway through her first season of college soccer, but she’s already collecting an impressive amount of hardware. On Wednesday, the goalie from the Colorado women’s soccer team was named the Big 12 Conference Freshman of the Week. It was Goerish’s second freshman weekly honor of the season and her third overall, as she won the Big 12 Goalkeeper of the Week award alongside the freshman award two weeks ago.
