Mavericks improve in second round at Red Raider Invitational

LUBBOCK, Texas — UT Arlington women's golf closed out the opening day of the Red Raider Invitational in 10th place after completing the first two rounds Tuesday at The Rawls Course. The Mavericks opened the tournament with a 31-over-par 319 before bouncing back with an 18-over 306 in the second round. UTA sits at 49-over 625 through 36 holes.
