Salem Falters Late in Road Match with Frostburg State

FROSTBURG, Md. — Salem University fought back from 2 goal deficit on Wednesday evening, but a late surge by Frostburg State University handed the Tigers a 4-2 loss at Bobcat Stadium. Frank Stare led the Bobcats with a hat trick, helping Frostburg State pull away in the final 20 minutes. Frostburg State took control early as Stare netted back-to-back goals in the 19th and 25th minutes to put Salem behind 2-0.
