McGowan reaches career milestone in five-set win over ACU

FLORENCE, Ala. (September 24, 2026) – The University of North Alabama volleyball team fought back to win its first conference match as a member of the United Athletic Conference, defeating Abilene Christian in five sets at CB&S Bank Arena. North Alabama (11-3, 1-0 UAC) won the first set tonight, but Abilene Christian (8-5, 0-1 UAC) responded with two straight set wins.
