Women’s soccer drops conference opener to UMHB

Brownwood, Texas- The Howard Payne University women’s soccer team (4-4, 0-1) lost its conference opener to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (2-3-3, 1-0-0) Thursday afternoon by a score of 0-2 at the Citizens National Bank Field. Assistant Coach Joshua Redding coached the Lady Jackets in the game due to Head Coach Brandon Badgeley picking being suspended due to yellow card accumulation in the loss against Concordia University (TX) Monday night.
