Hornets Comeback In Every Set To Earn Sweep Over Maroons

Lynchburg, Va. — The University of Lynchburg produced comeback efforts in all three sets to earn a hard-fought sweep against Roanoke on Friday night in Turner Gym. The RV Hornets (11-1, 2-1 ODAC) won against the Maroons (9-4, 1-1) by set scores of 25-17, 25-20 and 26-24. Lynchburg recorded 48 kills and 20 attack errors on 121 attempts for a .231 hitting percentage.
