Volleyball Defeats Chattanooga 3-1 in Conference Opener

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. – The Wofford College volleyball team defeated Chattanooga 3-1 in the Southern Conference opener on Friday night at Maclellan Gym. The Terriers lost the first set but bounced back with three-straight wins to claim the victory. Wofford improves to 8-5 on the season with a 1-0 record in conference play. Chloe Smith led the team with 17 kills and 15 digs for her sixth double-double of the season. Smith has now posted 15 or more kills in six-straight matches.
