Women’s Hockey Falls To Merrimack College In Series Finale

The Lindenwood Women’s Hockey team (3-1-0, 0-0-0 AHA) fell in the series finale at Merrimack College on Friday afternoon by a final score of 3-0. The Lions were held to a season-low 20 shots on goal, with Rhaea Flint leading the way with four shots on target. In her Lindenwood debut, Eva Filippova was tested early and stood tall, making 19 saves in the opening period. The senior transfer from Bemidji State made five saves while the Lions were on the penalty kill to keep the Warriors off the scoreboard.
