Women’s Swimming and Diving to Sign Zoe Wooten Through Team IMPACT

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville Women’s Swimming and Diving will be signing their newest recruit soon; Zoe Wooten is joining the Bulldogs through a Team IMPACT partnership. The signing ceremony will take place next Friday (Oct. 2) at 5:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Room of the Sherrill Center and Kimmel Arena. Wooten was matched with the Bulldog program back on Mar. 3, 2025 and has been around the program ever since. A 13-year-old from Marion, N.C., Wooten lives with a combination of bilateral schizencephaly, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a heart defect. She has attended practices, hung out with the…
